In response to customer concerns, NetX is offering direct phone, email, and web-based support utilizing our Symantec Certified Engineering team.
Our Symantec Support Blocks of hours are a new flexible program, provided by NetX Information Systems, for purchasing remote technical or project-based support. Purchase in blocks of 10 hours or greater and use them for any remote services, including troubleshooting, knowledge transfer, and solution upgrades.
NetX is an authorized Symantec Consulting and Education partner.
